In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, we place high regards for modalities such as weight management, medical management, exercise, and sleep hygiene to combat the body’s inflammatory response, which exacerbates mental illness. Before accomplishing my educational goals, I served in the United States Army, and was a law enforcement officer. I have been a paramedic for more than a decade, and have been deployed overseas. I credit my civil service experience in helping prepare me to help others better understand the impacts of trauma and stress both mentally and physically. I see all ages from 10 years of age and up. I am LGBTQ supportive, and feel everyone should be encouraged to be themselves and loved! I continue to support our veterans, first responders, emergency services personnel through my clinical work, helping those that help others!

Dr. Jessica Clark is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in medication prescription and management. She holds a doctorate in nursing practice from the University at Buffalo and bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Rochester. Before joining Rivia, Dr. Clark served as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the U.S. Air Force where she worked with patients struggling with a wide- range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood and sleep issues, alcohol dependence, relationship issues, and general life stress.

Dr. Yveline Jacques is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida. Dr. Jacques has been in the medical field for over 25 years and has been practicing psychiatry for the past eight years. She is certified to treat clients across the lifespan, but she specialized in adult psychiatry, helping clients with a variety of psychiatric illnesses including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.
