As a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, I know that complex problems rarely have simple solutions. Unlike many psychiatrists who focus on prescribing medications, the bulk of my practice is psychotherapy with some meds added in when that makes sense. My approach is direct but compassionate, interactive and authentic.
