I offer services for the entire family to help to repair interpersonal relationship, provide life coaching and guidance though both medication management and therapy approach combined on-demand and tailored specifically for individual patient needs. I offer services for young children who don't qualify for medication management through play therapy starting from 4 years of age. I like to raise awareness for mental health issues and break the stigma because it’s “ok not to be ok”. I have provided services for children and adults since 1977. As an RN I worked neonatal intensive care units and traveled throughout southern Arizona establishing early intervention services for children birth to 5 years age. Observing the lack of mental health care for children and families I completed the Family Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Partitioner program in 2005. I continued to deliver services throughout Arizona and abroad in Germany providing care for active duty military men and women, veterans, and military dependents stationed throughout Europe.

Hello! We are a mental health clinic providing psych evals, med management and psychotherapy. I am the Clinic owner and Clinician. When you schedule with me, you will be signing up for a team. Currently, there are 3 interns that work with me. An intern will take your medical history and psychiatric history, then I will come on and the intern and I will create the treatment plan. On subsequent visits, you will see the intern and he/she will bring me on when consultaton is needed or the medication and/or treatment plan needs to be changed. All of us provide Integrative Psychiatry using the most recent medications and supplements.
