Medications certainly have their place, but the ultimate goal is to provide long-term sustainable options that promotes resiliency and mental and emotional wellbeing.

I believe in taking a holistic approach to treating mental health and emotional issues. You can expect personalized solutions that fit your goals and needs discovered through solution-focused conversations. We can also work together to find preferable alternatives to SSRIs, including deprescribing. Cutting-edge treatments such as Ketamine are also options.
