Hello! I'm a board certified psychiatrist offering care via telemedicine throughout the state of Pennsylvania. I work with clients facing a variety of challenges including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, specific phobias, and PTSD, and many others. I often encourage my patients to try new strategies as we work together to find the best possible treatment plan. We'll discuss treatment goals which often include feeling more stable, focused, relaxed, and at peace.
As a psychiatrist, I take a collaborative and holistic approach, combining psychotherapy with medication management and lifestyle changes. Specifically, I utilize cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy as well as mindfulness training to enhance the therapeutic effect of psychiatric medications.
