I have a passion for caring for individuals with a humanistic approach. No one is exempt from anxiety, depression, or a wide spectrum of other concerns. I would love to work with you to find the inner peace that we all deserve. My approach to mental health is humanistic. I truly believe that approaching mental health in a "real" way leads to the best outcomes. Any mental health concerns can be confusing enough and feel like a big ball of yarn. Connecting it all in a way that an individual can understand in a practical way is extremely important to me.
I generally focus on anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and issues that arise from these concerns.
My goal is that when you finish a visit with me, you feel like you had a conversation with another human. Honestly, I don't want to be anything other than that. I will always guide the process with interventions based on research and experience, but we will be a team. I want you to feel heard and hopeful after we meet.
