I have helped many patients improve their lives while minimizing the need for medications.
I personally provide counseling and psychotherapy for my patients in addition to working with medication. While psychiatric medications can be helpful, many people have gotten only partial relief or no relief with medication alone. Understanding one's emotional issues can frequently lead to better results.
