Hi! I'm Steph, The ADHD NP! My ideal client is anyone who has, or suspects that they have, ADHD. They struggle with executive functioning (it's basically a struggle to just get through any given day): trouble regulating what to pay attention to, self-restraint, working memory ("what was I saying?"), emotional control, focus, task initiation (motivation, procrastination), completing tasks, planning/prioritization, organization, time management, defining and achieving goals, overwhelm and stress tolerance. I'm private pay only; see below for more details.
I offer ADHD screening, medication management, coaching / counseling (individual and couples / family), advocacy, education, and support. I'm also a medical marijuana provider and certify qualifying folks for the therapeutic use of cannabis.
As a woman (wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, and professional) with ADHD, I know how hard it can be to make it through the day. ADHD is so misunderstood, with plenty of negative stigmas attached to it. This is why helping 'ADHDers' has become my passion. I'm determined to help you make sense of your life.
