If you've landed here, chances are you're looking for support—for yourself, your child, or someone you love. I'm Dr. Stephanie Tiell, and I want to start by saying: I'm glad you're here. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with my Doctorate degree along with specialized training in neurodiversity. I enjoy working to provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults navigating the complexities of neurodivergent minds, such as with Autism, ADHD, anxieties, OCD as well as other mental health conditions.
I believe medication can be a valuable tool, but it's not always the first or only answer. I take a combined approach, integrating psychotherapeutic modalities alongside medication management when warranted.
I understand that neurodivergent brains aren't broken—they're different. My goal isn't to "fix" anyone, but to help my clients understand how their minds work, develop strategies that fit their lives, and thrive on their own terms.
