My ideal clients are people who feel like their mental health story is more complicated than a standard diagnosis; women navigating hormonal shifts like postpartum changes or perimenopause, veterans carrying trauma that hasn't been fully addressed, and neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+ individuals who've felt unseen in traditional care settings. I help by considering all the factors, hormonal, physiological, and psychiatric, and building a plan that fits their life, not just their symptom list.
I offer integrative psychiatric care. Medication is one tool, not the automatic answer. I specialize in postpartum mental health, hormonal transitions like perimenopause/menopause, and affirming care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ patients. With 13 years military experience, I bring understanding to veterans' trauma-informed care.
