About
Hello, I'm Dr. Monaco. I have a true interest in helping others and an incredible understanding of people. I am a Mount Sinai Beth Israel trained psychiatrist with years of experience in medication treatment and psychotherapy. I also have additional specialization in mood disorders like bipolar disorder and depression. I use an integrative approach to therapy including supportive, cognitive and psychodynamic techniques. I provide medication management, psychotherapy or a combination of the two. I have practices in Manhattan, Rockland County and Denver, Colorado.
Many people like to come to me because they like receiving medication management and psychotherapy from one provider. But it can be for either medication or therapy. I work with patients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder and psychosis.
