My dual degrees as a nurse midwife and mental health nurse practitioner will be utilized as I understand that you need support, help determining what is normal, and someone to help you get unstuck. I specialize on getting you on track with the right meds (if needed) the right therapists (if needed) and the right plan for YOU!
I understand that each of my clients are different with unique struggles and goals. I work with each client to build a plan of care that is individualized for their personal goals. Sometimes this will include specific types of therapy, medications, or a combination of both.
I am a mother, sister, and daughter just like you. I am a woman that has struggled and overcome many challenges throughout my lifecycle and anticipate I will experience more challenges as I age.
