I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a post-certification from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. I have over a decade of experience working with patients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem/self-worth issues, grief, eating disorders, anger and compulsive behaviors.
