I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience helping adults with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and personality disorders. I am very passionate about mental health and the impact it can have not only on a person's well-being and future but on society as a whole. I have strived to maintain competence and professionalism in a career that I truly enjoy.

My career in healthcare began over a decade ago, with most of my experience in a Trauma 1 hospital in the DFW area. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in the emergency department, medical-surgical unit, long-term care, and psychiatry outpatient clinic.

As an active listener who offers undivided attention to my clients, I can recognize and understand emotions and provide the best evidence-based care. I regularly communicate with my clients to answer questions regarding their care. Educating clients and their families about their treatment plans is a vital part of my practice.
