About
I offer personalized mental health treatment and utilize an integrative and evidence-based approach for the treatment of mental health and addiction conditions. I am a board-certified psychiatrist that has worked in a variety of settings. I provide a compassionate and safe space for us to work together to help achieve your wellness goals. I focus on building long-lasting changes and resiliency so you can achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. I bring a cautious and conservative approach to medication while considering all aspects of your health in treatment planning. I am therapeutically-oriented, and see Adults and Adolescents.
I have specific interests in the treatment of PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, maternal health, addiction disorders including Suboxone MAT, and can provide expert care for many other mental health and addiction use disorders. I incorporate prescription medications, lifestyle changes, therapy, and mind-body medicine into a complete treatment plan.
I provide a warm, empathic, and active therapy style to help ease you into treatment while working with you to achieve your goals. I believe in educating my patients at every session to help guide treatment decisions and to maximize the benefits of our work together. I invite you to visit my website to explore my practice philosophy and to book a consult.
