Then, decide together as a team what would be most helpful and effective whether it is medication management, lifestyle modification, therapy, or a combination of all three.
My approach is person centered, holistic, and incorporates humor whenever possible. I utilize a combination of medication management, psychoeducation, solutions focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have expertise in diagnosing and managing ADHD in clients aged 13-70, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, sleep disorders, and depression.
