As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I believe in a holistic approach to care. I carry two board certifications: one in psychiatry and the other in primary care. This enables me to target the root cause with clients, connecting the mind and body. I prefer an integrative approach to help clients with the goal of achieving serenity and balance in their lives.

Together, we use an integrative approach to reach treatment goals which may include: medication management, supportive therapy, vitamins/supplements, sleep hygiene, lifestyle changes, coaching and more. By fostering a supportive environment and tailoring my approach to each individual, I aim to empower clients on their journey toward mind and body balance.

We will start with an introductory session which allows the client to share their personal story and treatment goals they would like to achieve. Our time together is always conducted in a warm, non-judgmental and safe environment. The clients overall well-being is of paramount importance, and I look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey.
