Therapy remains the cornerstone of treatment in my Practice. However, if indicated, I may recommend the careful addition of a medication to ongoing therapy. If a medication is considered after a thoughtful examination of its risks/benefits, only the lowest dose needed to achieve emotional and physical wellness will be utilized.
