I was born and raised in Athens, Greece and attended medical school in Padua, Italy. I completed my psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai West (formerly known as St. Luke's Roosevelt) hospital in New York. I completed my sex therapy training at the University of Michigan. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population. I am able to conduct evaluations and write letters for gender marker changes, hormone therapy, and gender affirming surgery procedures. Furthermore I am working with non-monogamy/polyamory, BDSM/Kink, relationship issues, sex therapy, sex work and trauma issues.

Dr. Munoz is a board eligible adult psychiatrist who completed his medical training at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School. Most recently, he recently completed his psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Maria Tresa Carvajal is an adult, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. She is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, BronxCare Health System and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwell Health in New York. She has experience working in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and the emergency department. Dr. Carvajal has submitted and presented work in the American Psychiatric Association and has also collaborated in a book publication.

Dr. Christine Reyes is a bilingual Spanish Adult Psychiatrist. She has 25 years of experience providing patients compassionate psychiatric care for anxiety, depressive and bipolar disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and many other psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Lorangelly Rivera is board-certified in Adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 5 years. She focuses on medication management and brief psychotherapy utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and supportive therapy in 30 minute appointments. When appropriate Dr. Rivera may recommend additional psychotherapy with a psychologist as part of the treatment plan. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is passionate about working with the Latinx population.

People often reach out to me when they're feeling anxious, stuck, or just overwhelmed. I make it a point to really tune in and understand what my patients are going through. I enjoy getting to know my patients deeply and forming a collaborative relationship so that we can work together to figure out a plan that works. I am a Brown University-trained psychiatrist with expertise in psychopharmacology and different types of psychotherapy, I completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and am Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center, and I have had prior affiliations with other Universities: Brown and Columbia. By maintaining this academic involvement, I am able to stay up to date in this rapidly evolving field.

Rayner A. Berrios, PMHNP-BC is a bilingual Columbia trained Spanish-speaking Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who understands the importance of providing culturally competent care. He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience working in hospitals and clinical settings. Mr. Berrios tailors treatment to the individual based on evidence based practice in psychopharmacology along with supportive, solution therapy. Working with Rayner, patients can expect a warm, participatory and respectful style that empowers them toward their mental health goal.

I got my medical training in Argentina, my home country. After graduating in 1995, I moved to the U.S. to complete my Residency at Einstein Medical Center and my Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson Medical College, both in Philadelphia. For the past seven years, I've worked as a full-time attending psychiatrist at the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where I also supervised medical students as Assistant Professor. I'm now an analytic candidate at NYU's Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.
