I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and my passion is helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and addiction services, giving me the opportunity to care for individuals from all walks of life and at many different stages of healing.
