I am a board-certified psychiatrist and work with all ages, though extended training to focus on children, adolescents and young adults. I do not accept insurance, but I am currently accepting new clients! I have telepsychiatry capability, too.

I received my Medical Degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. I am certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have worked in a variety of settings, including in-patient, outpatient and consultation to long term care facilities. I have been in private practice since 1998. I have specialized in geriatrics in more recent years, but I have worked with all adult age groups throughout my career. I especially enjoy working with patients with mood disorders and anxiety disorders.

I'm passionate about working with people to ensure they have the tools and resilience they need to thrive and succeed. Increasing demands on all of us, particularly young people and families, have placed unprecedented challenges and coping with them can be difficult. I take a comprehensive approach and spend the time necessary to tailor the best treatment plan for you. I have a deep interest in helping you to cope successfully with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, and other mental health issues with therapy and the judicious use of selection of medication when needed.

Doris Reid is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Over the course of her 15 years in mental health care, she's treated adolescents, adults, and older adults suffering from a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD, insomnia, trauma, PTSD, and alcohol abuse.

She is experienced in treating both the child/adolescent and adult population of patients needing assistance with mental health diagnosis and medication management. Rebecca does not perform traditional psychotherapy but will incorporate brief psychotherapy into scheduled appointments. Rebecca understands that each person is a unique individual who deserves the time and respect of being heard and will give each patient her individual attention to address their specific needs.

Laura is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of experience treating a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and insomnia. She believes strongly that healing begins with a trusting relationship and encourages her patients to be active participants in their care. Laura completed her Master's degree in Nursing at Walden University.

I have been in healthcare for the last thirty years and I have practiced as a family medicine provider for the last 15 years. Within my role as a family healthcare practitioner, I have cared for many clients with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Abby Kent, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who treats children, adolescents, and adults. She has an integrative and family-centered approach to care and believes all aspects of a person’s life affect one’s well-being. She works closely with other physicians, therapists, teachers, and guidance counselors. Dr. Kent has worked in the mental health field for ten years with patients of all ages. She has experience working on inpatient units with all spans of life, most notably Active Duty Military members and their families, patients suffering with substance use, and pediatric patients.

I recognize the importance of a client-centered medical experience, which inspires me to create strong and long-lasting bonds with each of my patients. Over my years of practice, I have realized the limitations of the standard tools and medicines within psychiatry. At times the best our standard treatments can do was help people “get by” and as one veteran patient once told me, “survive by numbness.” This way of helping is not enough. It is through the extensive studying of psychedelics and their potential for profound healing that has given me renewed hope in this field.

She provides patient-centered care to help individuals develop more balanced coping skills, self-care, and perspective while achieving stability.
