I provide individualized, comprehensive treatment to parents and professionals struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. I utilize medication, talk therapy and lab testing integrated with natural methods like nutritional medicine and natural supplements to help people live to their full potential.
My approach integrates safety knowledge of medication use in pregnancy and breastfeeding, talk therapy and holistic methods and my goal is to make you feel empowered so you can activate your own innate ability to heal. I enjoy helping people reclaim their health and feel better so they can live the life they want to be living.
In addition to my medical training, I completed a PhD in molecular medicine. During my training, I developed the skills necessary to evaluate the newest research so we can make evidence-backed decisions about your mental health.
