I help people who are worried and feeling anxious about many issues in their lives. Are you experiencing worry, feeling edgy, tired, and not sleeping well? I can help you with that. Treatment can include medication and other coping skills. My goal for you is to have a variety of different tools and techniques that you can always carry with you. So no matter where you go, you’ll always have access to coping skills that can quickly create relief. We’ll work collaboratively to address the anxiety attacks that are bothering you now.
A first-time client has the opportunity to discuss symptoms and how they are affecting their daily life. I believe in joint decision making and together we find the best options for treatment whether that includes therapy and/or medication treatment to support your overall quality of life. The goal is to empower you to thrive.
