I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Health Coach trained through the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt. Using SE as a foundation, I work to help clients enhance nervous system regulation, develop safety in connecting with their own body, and create an innate sense of stability and trust from within.
My passion is working with clients who are struggling with the effects of trauma including anxiety, depression, addictions and relationship difficulties. I view healing as a collaborative process and see myself as a guide in helping my clients find their own unique ability to heal.
My own path to psychological health and freedom directly impacts the work I do with clients. My joy is in helping clients remember who they were before…..and begin to trust their inner knowing again as a place to find safety and refuge.
