Nice to meet you! I am accepting new clients for ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression management with optional adjunctive psychotherapy via Telehealth and In-Person visits. Do you struggle with completing projects, staying on schedule, or get easily distracted? Do you feel anxious, down, or overwhelmed? Perhaps I can help! My primary values as a Psychiatric Provider are: 1) Listen carefully with an open mind and warm curiosity; 2) Get the right diagnosis and tailor treatment to fit your needs; and 3) Empower you through education and shared decision making.
What to expect: We will explore what is and isn't working well in your life. We will identify your treatment goals and preferences, and engage in a comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation. We will review the diagnosis and together we will decide upon treatment options that will be most effective & tailored to your needs.
What else: I can provide brief therapy to complement your medication treatment plan, drawing from the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, among others. Initial appointment is 60 minutes, follow up appointments are typically 20-30 minutes thereafter, 60 minutes if needed.
