Tranquil Healthcare is an Integrative Mental Health & Wellness practice focusing on mild to moderate anxiety and depression disorders as well as improving over all health, lifestyle and wellness. We practice conventional medicine as well as integrative and functional medicine approaches to your mental health for mood/anxiety, sleep issues, depression, GI/ abdominal issues, fatigue, nutrition. As an integrative mental health practitioner, we also offer Ketamine Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Therapy for a treatment approach to treatment resistant depression (TRD) and PTSD and trauma work. As a NP Board Certified in Adult Medicine and practicing integrative medicine, I am able to offer two frameworks: conventional medicine approach or a more integrative functional medicine approach, or both. I am able to provide medical management if needed and also take a look at other supportive supplements that may be able to minimize pharmaceutical need.
My approach to mental health is interactive, holistic, compassionate, & collaborative. My process integrates many different styles into treatment if needed. I incorporate other intergrative modalities such as meditation/mindfulness, ketamine therapy, advanced biochemical analyses for nutritional deficiencie & toxins or other imbalances that be affecting you.
