I am a board certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive CBT therapy postgraduate training and the first psychiatric provider in Washington State to be certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Due to my integrated approach, I generally combine prescribing with psychotherapy for Bipolar, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Panic, PTSD, OCD.
