With a comprehensive 90-minute eval, I work to understand your concerns and goals. You will not be treated as a label or an algorithm. When done with care, treatment can help you feel less down, tired or worried and feel more motivated, focused, and well without changing who you are or sedating or numbing you.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

As a Yale trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with a Master's Degree in Psychology, and extensive training in both psychiatry and psychology, I will provide holistic, comprehensive, person-centered care. I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

They struggle with executive functioning (it's basically a struggle to just get through any given day): trouble regulating what to pay attention to, self-restraint, working memory ("what was I saying?"), emotional control, focus, task initiation (motivation, procrastination), completing tasks, planning/prioritization, organization, time management, defining and achieving goals, overwhelm and stress tolerance.
