Hi there, I am a board certified nurse practitioner specialized in psychiatry. I have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and attention issues. I work primarily with adult individuals.

Times are extremely challenging. With all the changes occurring in the world, many of our underlying issues are arising. I am here to help you address your relational, psychological, and emotional blockages. First and foremost, I am a therapist focused on the healing of psychoemotional wounds. My orientation is informed by the study of trauma, attachment, and systems theory. I utilize Ketamine as well as other Integrative Psychiatric approaches as a catalyst for psychotherapy.

I have experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and ADHD. I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and prescribe psychiatric medications. I also provide psychotherapy services and am currently deepening my training of psychoanalytic psychotherapy through the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis. My approach draws upon various modalities, including mindfulness, somatic practices, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I enjoy working with patients who are immigrants or children of immigrants and are navigating inter-generational and cross-cultural challenges.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience providing therapy and medication to adults of all ages. I provide non-judgmental care for clients who want to improve their mental health and wellbeing. I am oriented towards the harm-reduction model and feel it is important to meet each client where they are in their individual mental health and wellness journey. My primary areas of interest are in trauma, substance abuse, and in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
