I am Smink Achila, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in mental health. I work with various clients across the lifespan who have a variety of issues revolving around mental health, with the goal of optimizing their functioning in the community. This has been my passion since high school, as my brother suffered from depression over the years, and nobody could understand him. During my rotations in various psychiatric hospitals, my connection to mental health was fortified.
