I am a psychiatrist with a special interest in trauma and stressor related disorders (e.g., PTSD). I have board certifications in psychiatry, addiction medicine, geriatric psychiatry, and community and public psychiatry. I am very comfortable providing both medication management and psychotherapy for a range of psychiatric and substance use disorders. I am available for consultation, as well as ongoing care.
I am especially interested in identifying and addressing psychological pain and trauma that often underlies the course of psychiatric, substance use, and general medical disorders. I believe in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered medical and psychological care.
