I am a board certified, licensed Psychiatric mental health NP in NY and NJ who can provide you with medication prescriptions and psychotherapy. I have been working in psychiatry since 2008 both in acute care hospitals and out-patient clinics, in NY and NJ. I see all age groups from children to adults including seniors over age 65.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist Practicing in New York City. Due to requests, I have started providing tele-psychiatry services in Tennessee. I have really enjoyed learning meeting my patients in the South and learning a new culture and way of life. I have trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family and Marital therapy, as well as Psychiatric Medication Management. My name is Kimberly Levitt. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric NP. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health treatment that prioritizes individual need. I encourage each patient to take an active role in their treatment as this overwhelmingly results in successful outcomes. I have experience in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. I try to fully understand my patients and I provide a therapeutic space for them to feel comfortable sharing their story. I combine medication with talk therapy in each session.

I am a board-certified Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and neuroscientist at Columbia University with expertise in treating a range of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, adult ADHD, substance use, and psychosis. I work collaboratively with patients to develop a treatment approach that incorporates psychotherapy and/or medications. My specializations include psychodynamic psychotherapy balanced with pragmatic and behavioral approaches. In addition, I specialize in managing multiple medications, providing a careful assessment of each medication and coordinating their interactions.
