I am a board-certified family psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have verifiable experience in treating variety of psychiatric disorders such as; mood disorders including resistant depression, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, stress and sleep related disorders.

We primarily provide medication management but our goal is to help you find your best path forward in a comprehensive treatment style. Successful treatment is achieved not only through medication management but also through talk therapy, healthy eating habits, exercise, and consistent sleep patterns. When medication is needed, our providers aim to use the least amount of medications at the lowest dose that provides the most optimal treatment outcomes for you.

We believe in a holistic and client centered approach to mental health care, ensuring we treat our clients' health as an interconnected whole. Born and raised in the Midwest, Chelsea relocated to Denver with her husband and two children to pursue her passion for helping those struggling with their mental health. With experience across settings - from hospitals to private practice - Chelsea leverages her background in nursing and expertise in a variety of mental health conditions to provide medication management and brief supportive therapy to adolescents and adults.

Shandra is dedicated to providing warm, compassionate care to each individual throughout their healing journey. She treats depression and complex mood disorders, anxiety disorders, panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Women’s Health, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Insomnia, Grief and Loss, Life transitions, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic disorder and more.

Treatment includes diagnosis associated with trauma, depression, insomnia, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD.

Appointments available! Henry is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who obtained his undergraduate and advanced nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. He has over ten years of healthcare experience serving pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Henry’s background includes an engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines, ecclesiastical work in service to the poor and underserved, and nursing services that include pediatric homecare, hospital inpatient and hospice care.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2021. Before I became a nurse practitioner, I was a registered nurse for 22 years practicing in various healthcare settings. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. I believe in using an empathetic, supportive and empowering approach to help patients with mental illness lead a healthy productive life. You will be reminded that you are more than just your mental illness.

At Peak Interactive Wellness, we aren't your typical psychiatric providers. We take a humanistic and positive psychiatry approach. We make medication decisions with you, not for you.
