I am board certified in adult, child, & adolescent psychiatry. My goals are to alleviate suffering and focus on improving my patients' relationships, school or work-life balance, and ultimate acceptance of the self. My preference is to pursue wellness first through therapy, nutrition, exercise, and optimizing sleep. Medications may also be needed, and with my medical background I can prescribe them using safety and the newest evidenced based practices. She recently earned her master's degree in nursing from Maryville University. She has spent the past four years of her career specializing in psychiatry, with experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
