There may be parts of your life and your identity that have been undernourished or ignored. Something is going on within you and around you that is causing distress and suffering. Perhaps, that experience is more complicated because of your gender, culture, religion, profession, and you are looking for someone with both the medical tools and the life experience to be able to understand you. People who are drawn to work with me are seeking a doctor who they can connect with, not based on the names of their disorders, but rather because they know that they can share the hidden parts of themselves and receive expert medical care.

People seek me out, not necessarily for my expertise in a disorder, but because they can relate to me and feel safe. I completed undergraduate at Dartmouth College, medical school at Vanderbilt University, and psychiatry training at UCLA. Insurance: I am only accepting new clients for private pay and Lyra at this time.
Your diagnosis is such a small part of who you are. By engaging in a dialogue about your social identities, environment, community, nutrition, spirituality, and physical health, we can together develop a treatment plan beyond just medications. I'm ready to join your healing journey.
