Here at Mental Health Counseling and Wellness Center, our mission is to work with you to help provide a better physical, emotional, and mental health for good quality of life in you, your family, and community. Together we can commence on that journey. We are a Psychiatric and Counseling office that provides evidenced based diagnosis and treatment for a diversity of mental health illnesses. We provide comprehensive diagnostic psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy/counseling. Addiction and substance abuse treatment are also available. Your well being is our main priority.
I hold a Doctorate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree. I practice in Nevada and Arizona. I provide psychotherapy, psychotropic medication management, manage & evaluate acute & chronic mental illnesses, trauma informed care, and more. I offer Telehealth/Virtual visits. I have helped numerous clients with alcohol and opioids addiction. We offer Suboxone.
