I work in psychotherapy with a range of issues including self esteem,intimacy, the effects of trauma, loss, and conflicts around ambition and creativity. I can help with symptoms of anxiety and depression that can significantly interfere with day to day life, providing help with medications.
I have a special expertise in the unique problems that women face such as body image, sexuality, career and motherhood. Pregnancy and the postpartum are important times, and sometimes, issues can arise, including depression and anxiety that interfere with the experience. I can help with both psychotherapy, and in the use of medications during this time.
