Hello and thank you for your interest in my practice. I have the privilege of caring for a diverse group of multifaceted adult patients and provide evidence based customized treatment based on each of their unique needs. My approach is integrative, varying from tradition cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic models to utilizing elements of a broader range of psychotherapeutic modalities, as well as implementing medication management, when medically indicated. Treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and providing consultations in reproductive psychiatry is part of my daily practice.
My specific areas of expertise include working with individuals in high paced environments in identifying and effectively managing performance interfering limitations. We tackle imposter syndrome, learn how to quiet the bully voices, treat anxiety, and empower individual expression, while building awareness of self and relationships with others.
