My mission is to establish and maintain a practice providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medication management and therapeutic interventions to guide adults and young adults on a path to mental and physical health. I strive to focus on lifestyle and whole health wellness that looks at the whole person and what health means to them.

I believe in collaboration and working as a team. I strive to work with primary care, therapists and dietitians to provide whole health care. I offer TMS services for those with refractory OCD, MDD or anxious depression and clients who cannot tolerate medications.

Prioritizing yourself and reaching out for support is one of the most difficult things to do. "To get through the hardest journey, we need to take only one step at a time. But we must keep on stepping".
