As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, my special interests include neurodevelopmental disorders and I am committed to neurodivergent-affirming practices. My journey is both professional and personal, shaped by my own experiences with neurodevelopmental disorders and complex childhood trauma. Transparency is crucial in my approach, creating a safe space where clients feel seen and heard. I believe effective help comes from someone who understands from the inside out. I am neurodivergent-affirming and specialize in working with individuals of all ages. I provide trauma-informed care and treat the lifelong effects of complex childhood trauma. Common conditions that I treat include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, ADHD, autism, PTSD, ODD, conduct disorders, dissociative disorders, and OCD.
My clients mainly reside on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and I recently opened an office space here! However, I am able to see clients virtually throughout Maryland. I also offer a hybrid model where most visits can take place via telehealth with only 1-2 in-person visits required per year depending on medication requirements!
