I am a board-certified psychiatrist who provides thoughtful, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood symptoms, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. I currently serve as an Attending Physician with NYC Health + Hospitals and the New York State Office of Mental Health, and as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
I work with adults seeking greater self-understanding and lasting change. Many are high-functioning but struggling with anxiety, mood symptoms, stress, or feeling stuck despite outward success. I help patients build insight, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies for clarity, balance, and stability.
My style is warm, holistic, and empowering. I provide evidence-based care integrating medication management, psychotherapy-informed treatment, and lifestyle factors. Starting care can feel overwhelming, but I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to understand your concerns and create a clear path forward.
