I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. I believe that every Individual is unique, taking into account not only the mental health symptoms but also the physical emotional, social and environmental factors that may affect my client’s well being. My treatment strategies are grounded in the latest research and best practices. I respect my client’s opinion and work to merge their experiences with evidence based medicine. I work closely with other healthcare professionals, including PCP, therapist, and social worker to ensure patient's needs are met holistically.

Proficient in assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and OCD. My treatment plans are individualized and incorporate both pharmacological and nonpharmacological interventions, which includes medication and management and psychotherapy.

I endeavor to provide support through medication management, therapy, referral to community resources and sometimes through just being an active listener. I follow up on previous discussions to ensure continuity of care.
