Shoreline Wellness Center is a behavioral mental health practice conveniently located in the center of West Haven, CT just one block from the West Haven Green. We have a team of three Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners led by Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Brandi Krassler, specializing in patients across the lifespan suffering from bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, OCD, conduct disorders, PTSD, and more. Dr. Sam Hawley, who heads the team, is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and APRN consultant who has several specialty trainings including disaster relief, grief, autism, pediatrics, and more.
SWC also employs several Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Our services include individual, group, family, marriage/couples counseling, and wellness services such as massage therapy, yoga, meditation, and therapy dogs.
We are accepting new patients for in person and telehealth counseling sessions as well as medication management services. Please call 203-931-1184 M-F 9-6 PM to complete an intake.
