Shirley Furman is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Sleep Specialist, Hypnotherapist, Therapist and Quit Smoking Specialist with over 20 years experience. She is still constantly learning and attending workshops and retreats to stay up-to-date on the latest science and research and has always had a deep passion for knowledge and developing her mind. Shirley specializes in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, OCD, sleep issues and even sports plateaus. She also helps her clients quit smoking cigarettes and wean off anxiety medication (benzodiazepines) and sleeping pills.
