I specialize in treating Asian, Asian-American, 1st/2nd generation immigrant and BIPOC patients, particularly in the areas of relationships, family, identity/self-esteem, and career burnout and revitalization. I am also an expert in the treatment of PTSD/trauma, anxiety (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, OCD), depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I aim to create a warm and open therapeutic space for all my patients, so that they feel empowered in their journey of healing.
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner w/ 20+ years of mental health experience domestically and globally. I provide psychiatric medication management and individual psychotherapy to adults 18+ in MA via telehealth. I accept all races, ethnicities, am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming, with expertise with BIPOC and 1st/2nd gen immigrant communities.
