I especially enjoy working with midlife-ish women with ADHD who have spent years holding everything together...until the strategies that always worked suddenly stop working. Perimenopause, menopause, disrupted sleep, changing responsibilities, and burnout can intensify or reveal symptoms that were previously overlooked. I also care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other life transitions. My clients are often thoughtful, capable people who want care that feels less clinical, more human...and recognizes the whole person, not simply a diagnosis.
I provide thoughtful, collaborative medication management for adults 21+. Medication can be an important part of care, but it is not a cure-all. I think of it as a step stool...support that can bring your existing capacities within reach. Focused therapeutic support may be woven into visits, but I do not provide long-term or therapy-only care.
You do not need to try harder or become someone else. You need care that understands what has changed, honors your lived experience, and helps you make informed choices about what comes next. Together, we will create a plan grounded in evidence, shaped by your goals, and adjusted with care.
