I’m Sheena, a board-certified physician assistant providing thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care. My approach is medication-conservative and individualized, with careful attention to sleep, stress, hormonal changes, lifestyle factors, and medical history. Treatment is designed to feel clear, personalized, and manageable rather than overwhelming.
