About
Sheena is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a focus in family practice. She is a registered Maryland Medical Cannabis provider and has received her post-master’s certification in psychiatric mental health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Stevenson University and Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. Throughout her career, she has delved into multiple areas of practice, but one aspect remains consistent to Sheena; her passion for health, wellness, and caring for clients with a holistic approach.
Sheena’s philosophy is all-encompassing, focusing on health and using a holistic approach to achieve the greatest outcomes. She believes no two clients are the same, and for this reason, each client requires a personalized approach.
Passionate about her own health and environment, Sheena works to practice her professional advice in her personal life outside of the office. She enjoys being outdoors, bicycling, weight training, healthy cooking, and practicing yoga. Sheena believes, “Life is about balance, everyone should work to seek their own.”
