My goal is to understand my patients, their lived experience, and how this influences the struggles and challenges of today. My goal is to understand you on a biological, psychological, and social level. Together we will embark on a treatment approach to identify and address disordered patterns of thinking and feeling and reconnecting you to deeply held values and goals.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist, and a certified eating disorders specialist. I graduated from medical school at the University of Virginia, completed my psychiatry residency in New York City and took additional training in Interpersonal Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute.

I offer both psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management for adults and teens. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, an eating disorder, or interested in building personal growth, improving your relationships, and efficacy in your work, my goal is to offer care that respects your individuality and empowers you to move forward.
