I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC). I specialize in holistic, evidence‑based care for adults facing mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma‑related concerns, co‑occurring substance use, and the emotional impact of medical and life stressors. I also provide medication management for psychiatric conditions.
In my current role as an Advanced Practice Nurse, I conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing follow‑up care, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence‑based research.
I also offer psychotherapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma‑informed approaches to help you develop insight and practical coping skills.
My background includes extensive experience in inpatient psychiatry, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, and crisis triage.
